This is a wonderful old beehive shaped jug from the hills of PA though its age and origin are unknown. Stands around 16" tall and measures10 1/2" in diameter across the bottom. This is the 4 gallon size and has the cobalt blue freehand lettering and “bumble bee” design on the front. Has a nice sand glaze look to it. Has no cracks, chips, or repairs - just some popped bubbles and drips from the glaze. A nice addition to any stoneware collection.
